Journal of Educational Psychology and Assessment (JEPA) – Issue 1 Officially Launched

The Journal of Educational Psychology and Assessment (JEPA), Issue 1, was officially launched on 21 August 2026 at the Faculty Board Meeting of the Faculty of Education, University of Colombo.

The launch marks a significant milestone for the Department of Educational Psychology and the Faculty of Education, as JEPA establishes a dedicated scholarly platform for the dissemination of high-quality research in educational psychology, assessment, education, and related disciplines.

JEPA is committed to promoting a vibrant culture of research, scholarly communication, knowledge sharing, and evidence-based educational practice. The journal provides researchers, academics, educators, and educational practitioners with an avenue to disseminate innovative research findings, engage with emerging scholarship, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in educational psychology and assessment.

The publication of Issue 1 represents the culmination of the collective efforts and commitment of the editorial team, reviewers, authors, academic staff, and the Faculty of Education.
