The Children’s drama has been successfully enter to the second round of the State Children’s Drama Festival.

The Children’s drama produced by the Faculty of Education, University of Colombo has been successful to enter the second round of the State Children’s Drama Festival.

The Drama script which was submitted for the “State Children’s Drama Festival – 2018” organized by Ministry of Cultural affairs by the students of the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Drama and Theatre) course, Faculty of Education, University of Colombo has been selected for its second round. The Faculty of Education as a responsible institution in the field of education in Sri Lanka decided to produce a children’s drama with an educational value along with the students of the above course with the intention of arousing critical thoughts on a burning issue prevailing in the system of education in Sri Lanka.
