Annual Research Symposium 2016 gallery

The annual research symposium 2016 of the faculty of Education was held at the auditorium on 13 th October 2016.The Dean of the faculty professor Manjula Vithanapathirana welcomed the gathering and the chief guest was senior professor Lakshman Dissanayake,Vice chancellor, University of Colombo.The theme of the faculty research symposium was strengthening the quality of teacher education and the keynote address was done by Dr SB Ekanayake,CEO Association for Educational Research and Development, Former basic education advisor, UNESCO/UNHCR, central Asia. Mr. Jude Nonis was the chairperson of the faculty symposium.Despite staff members of the faculty ,M.Ed students were also made presentations at the symposium and two parallel sessions were commenced from 11 am onwards in the auditorium and room no 1 .
